All laptops are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use tracked and insured shipping services for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number via eBay once your order ships.

Warranty Conditions

1 Year warranty for Refurbished stock and 3 Months warranty for Used stock

If your item develops an issue within the Warranty period, please return it to us at the address in our shop contact details and we will get this repaired for you.

On average, it takes 3 to 4 days for your item to be repaired, however this could be longer if replacement parts are out of stock.

When returning an item, please include a note stating your name, eBay user ID, return address, and a brief description of the issues you are having.

Please note you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is repaired, we will pay to get the item shipped back to you.

As batteries deteriorate over time, they are not covered under our warranty. We can only guarantee that the battery will be in excellent condition upon arrival.

Accidental damage is not covered under our warranty; this includes screen damage, liquid damage, etc.
