Up for your consideration one US 835 First Day of Issue (June 21, 1938) Constitution Ratification.

The 150th anniversary of ratification of the U. S. Constitution was commemorated with a 3-cent stamp US 835 on June 21, 1938. Ratification required nine of the original thirteen states, then achieved on June 21, 1788. The remaining four states ratified by 1790, with assurances of amendments for a Bill of Rights. The stamp depicts the Old Court House in Williamsburg, Virginia

I found no significant condition issues with this item, but signs of previous use and ownership should be expected consistent with its antique timeline and should be taken into consideration with age and ownership.
