Comes exactly as shown. I tried it with batteries and the included car adapter and it didn't kick on, so am selling it as-is and to be considered for parts. It appears to me to be in very good physical shape for its age & could possibly be an easy fix for someone more familiar with this type of technology, but I will leave that to someone more comfortable tinkering with these little devices.
