The edge is crimped, so it is not easy to hurt your hands

Can it be used in dishwasher?

Since our tart pans have a non-stick coating, the high pressure water flow and high temperature of the dishwasher may damage the coating and reduce the non-stick performance. Hand washing is recommended (with a soft cloth + neutral detergent).
Best operating temperature?

-104°F (-40°C) to 500°F (260°C)
Can it be cleaned with steel wire balls?

Not recommended, steel wool will damage the surface coating.
