12 x 8 x 6" Chinese Lacquer Jewelry box - Brass corners, brass carry handle on top.  Nicely adorned. Mother of pearl inlay on door faces.  Some loss on one door, minor cracking on left side.  Lacquer is heavy on wood face.   Brass adornment on corners, top, sides, and front - to include hinges. Brass plates representing Chinese characters for good luck / fortune found on each side.  4 Drawers inside are lined with red felt. Door with damage has been stabilized with resin, but no other restoration work has been performed.  Very nice piece - dates from early to mid 20th century.   Taken from the estate of a Korean / Vietnam era air force maintenance technician.
