This is a super rare Electric Light Orchestra carnival prize glass. (not a mirroror foil) but a glass with a rainbow design behind.

The measurements are approx 11" X 9" and the glass has a thin silver metal frame.

The back has a hanger or a leg stand that can be pulled out to sit on a table.
