USS Hunley (AS-31) was a Simon Lake-class submarine tender of the United States Navy. She was the first ship of the Navy to be named for Horace Lawson Hunley, a Confederate marine engineer and developer of early submarines. The Hunley was designed to tend nuclear attack submarines and provide support services. She was commissioned in 1962 and decommissioned in 1994. |

Focusing on catered mental health support, therapeutic services, and service dog training, Veterans enrolled in our programs are given the opportunity to learn life skills to create increased self-awareness in their environments and provide the insight necessary to deal with everyday civilian anxieties such as finances, career challenges, caring for children and maintaining a healthy marriage.
