VESPA (2,5 mm)

Comfort Mat VESPA 2,5 mm is a classic mastic vibration deadening mat for zones with light or medium vibration loads. Universal vibration deadening material with thickness of 2.5 mm has increased adhesion to metal, mastic is made from a mixture of special polymers, reinforced with aluminum foil.

The use of a modified elastomer in the composition of the mastic gives the material a high mechanical loss factor, excellent adhesion, resistance to environment and a wide temperature range of work.

VESPA mats are not afraid of water, they have sealing and anti-corrosion features and dont need heating during installation.

INTEGRA (6 mm)

Comfort Mat INTEGRA (2nd layer) is a light membrane noise isolator designed for car doors. The material is uséd as a second layer on top of vibration deadening mat.
It consists of 3 layers: a membrane with high density acoustic mastic, sound absorbing material with special granules and adhesive sealant.

The special feature of this material is its weight: it is significantly less than any other membrane. The material is totally water proof with a great adhesion due to a sealant type glue.

SOFT WAVE 15

Comfort Mat SOFT WAVE 15 (2nd layer) is a sound absorbing material from the professional sound recording studio, that is successfully uséd in the car. Thanks to adding of low molecular weight polymers, it was possible to give the material unique acoustic and performance features.

The mounting layer is made of moisture resistant glue.

Soft Wave 15 is a sound-absorbing and sealing material capable of providing maximum noise absorption in a wide frequency range due to the wavy surface, the unique combination of an open-cell microporous elastic structure and high density.

The “shape-memory” feature of the material, along with the necessary softness, allows the SoftWave 15 to be installed even in the tightest places.
