• Your chair must use the two-pin “OI” plug (round + flat). Five-pin DIN or mini-fit connectors need a different transformer.
• 2 A covers one motor at a time. Massage or multi-lift chairs may need a 3 A unit.
• This version has no internal 9 V battery backup. If your old brick took 9 V cells for emergency return to sitting, search our store for the backup model.
