Please Note:
CGC cases may contain Newton rings. They occur from light refraction when the plastic inner well touches the outer plastic holder. Some CGC cases will then have what appears as "oil" slicks when held at certain angles. This is part of the CGC encapsulation product. We cannot control when or where the Newton rings may occur. For more information please google CGC Newton rings. If this is an issue for you, please do not purchase this book.
