Note:When you find the footprints on the backdrop,you can try use a slightly moist damp cloth to try wipe it.
Do not wash by water!!!
How to order:
1.If you choose a "custom size", please contact us for the price first, because different sizes have different prices.
2.Please DO NOT SEND your image via ebay message, the ebay message system reduce the image size and it is not suitable for printing.
3.Please contact us via eBay email and get another email address for sending pictures.(Please include your ebay USERNAME/ID when sending the image.)
4.We can custom any size between the width less than 1.5m and the length less than 20m for you also can print your own picture/photo as backdrop.Please provide HD picture to make sure printed perfectly.
Image Guidelines:
1.For best results please make sure the file size is over 1mb for jpg/jpeg and over 2mb for PNG files, 300DPI
2.If you are not sure whether your picture is suitable for customizing the size you want, please contact us and confirm before paying.
3.If the picture you sent does not fit your customized size and you don't leave us any message, we will cut the image to fit the size, or fill the rest of the area with white border.
**ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
*1. These can be portrait, landscape, square or panoramic, as standard we print these the same layout as the size you choose but if you would like these a certain way please request this when sending your photo.
*2. If your photo is not suitable for your canvas print it will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you.
*3. Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order canceled.
*4. Please DO NOT send images from Facebook these are not suitable for canvas printing.
*5. Please DO NOT send photos via ebay messages, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for your Canvas Print.
*6. Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.

We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to your screen calibrations being different, Our printers are calibrated regularly by certified HP Technicians and produce a true colour match to the images we receive. Please be aware screen brightness, contrast and saturation setting can all enhance or change the colours you see on your screen.
