Olympus OM Zuiko 75-150mm f/4.0 lens with caps and factory cas.. The glass has haze patch in the middle. The zoom focusing barrel turns smoothly. The aperture ring turns smoothly and the lens stops down correctly. The lens is clean cosmetically.
