Ingredient Per 5g
Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) 5 g
Directions:
Add 1 scoop (5g) to 250ml of water, 1-2 times daily.
Note:
Do not take powder alone. Mix with food or fluid. The dose of fibre should be increased gradually. Fluid intake should be increased along with higher intake of fibre.
