Machinery Merit Badge -  Type H, Blue backed version plastic backing issued sometime in the early 1970's.  The light-blue backs are quite hard to find and are considered a subset of Type H.   The Machinery merit badge began in 1911 with the black & white  wrench design.  In 1969, the design changed to grouping of colorful cogwheels design.  In 1996 this badge was discontinued.  Mint perfect condition!  Shipping & Handling are Free within USA!
