Book is in fair condition.

Cover and pages shows heavy wear and usage. Folds, creases on some of the first 20 pages or so.

Spine top pages are ripped and slightly unattached from book. Please see pictures. 

Spine shows rips.

Some yellowing due to age appears on most pages but book is still readable and useful.

Poster is not included.
