This is a lovely vintage French majolica 6 well OYSTER PLATE featuring PEACH colored, embossed, Ribbed Scallop Shells. Each section is shaded from a peachy pink to a rusty brown color at the edge - separated with sprigs of lime & teal colored seaweed.
Marked: impressed - SARREGUEMINES / FRANCE / 2209 - this mark was used from 1920-1950.
Measurements: 9.5" diameter, 1.25" high edge, wells - 3.5" x 3".
