Until the law is revised, only items shipped to the United States will be sold under DDP (duties and taxes paid by the seller).
Due to the repeal of the de minimis rule under the Trump administration, customs duties now apply even to items valued under $800.
The reason why listings bound for the United States are priced higher is that the tax is already included in the price.
For all other countries, transactions will remain under DDU (duties and taxes paid by the buyer).
