Description
Rare, Duverdrey & Bloquel, French made carriage or travel clock. Likely a late 19th century product. Clock is sold as is, it ticks but has some obvious issues. Comes in very worn original travel case. Please read condition carefully.
Condition
Fair overall condition. Leather carry case is very worn on outside, but still has its clasp, functional hinges and closes properly. However the silk lining to inside is shredded and has been corroded by the metal of the clock mechanisms over time. The clock itself DOES RUN, it ticks quite consistently, sometimes a little erratically. It is however, missing a hand to face and a foot to bottom. Also has no glass to face. Tin body around face is heavily dented, and has shifted out of place in top left corner. Clock body has light surface pitting and light spots of corrosion to back. Missing maybe one lever to back, please view photos provided. Priced as is.
Please look at the photos carefully as they form part of our description.
Size of CLOCK (cm): height x width x depth
