PAYMENT METHOD:  All payments will be handled through eBay.

ADDITIONAL ORDERS: Additional orders or purchases will not be included if payment has already been completed and the checkout process has been finalized through the payment gateway
 

SHIPPING INFO

HANDLING TIME: All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment for your order has been completed.

BEFORE SHIPPING: Please verify that your mailing/shipping address is accurate, as we will dispatch the parcel to the address recorded in the eBay Sales Record.

DISPATCHING: Upon dispatching the parcel, it's important to emphasize that the responsibility for tracking the shipment shifts to the buyer. This means that any inquiries or actions regarding the location and delivery status of the package should be managed by the buyer themselves.

TRACKING UPDATES: It's advised that buyers always refer to the courier service's official website to access real-time tracking updates. The parcel is authorized to left at front door if nobody at home, otherwise, mailman will send to nearest postal hub waiting for collection.

CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAX

APPLIED TO: Custom duties and import taxes are applicable when importing goods into any country.

RESPONSIBILITY: The SELLER / SENDER / SHIPPER is NOT liable for any costs such as customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, local sales tax, VAT, GST, EIN, or other additional charges. The Buyer / Consignee is solely responsible for all these expenses.

PAYMENT METHOD: Typically, the customs agent or broker assigned by the shipper’s provider will contact the buyer/consignee via the phone number listed in the eBay Sales Record. Payment is made either by wire transfer or cash on delivery (COD), where payment is collected upon delivery to the buyer's/consignee's door before the parcel is released. We strongly advise the buyer to make the payment promptly to avoid any delays in receiving the shipment.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUSAL OF PARCEL / RETURN TO SENDER: Seller will NOT issue a refund for parcels refused by the buyer or for uncollected parcels after being released and awaiting collection.

ACCEPT RETURN: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs, where applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING PAID BY: This is cross-border purchases, the seller does NOT provide a return label. Please coordinate with the seller for either a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
