Chrome CHEVROLET 14 inch air cleaner top and bottom.  Carb hole is 4 1/4 inches, top and bottom parts are 14 inches across.  Bottom plate sits 1 3/4 inches to the top of it.

Some light surface rust on the top lid (see pictures)

Says CHEVROLET on top lid.
