1950's Winky Blinky Doll Dakko Chan Hong Kong VG Novelty.  Unique doll with flasher eyes. Made of hollow plastic, Marked made in Hong Kong on back. Very good condition. I don't see any cracks or damage. Maybe a little sureface wear from storage. I think they are from the 1950's or 60's.
