VTG Carhartt Extremes J21 BLK Black Active Jacket Quilted Nylon Lined XL

The tag is completely faded.

This is my husband's.  He wears a Large and he says it's either a roomy Large or an XL.

Note the burn holes in the hood and the paint spots on the back.  See photos for any signs of wear.
