American. late 1800’s - early 1900’s. nicely painted bisque face with no cracks. linen covered pincushion. applied felt hat & bunny ears. felt ruffle collar lined with red satin. wear on bottom from use. discoloration to fabric from age/use. applied angel hair, some missing around hairline. please see all photos as they’re part of the description.
