ABOUT

  • We deal in a wide variety of overstocks, unclaimed/lost freight, close-outs & other merchandise liquidations. While we mainly carry networking/telecom & computer/server type equipment, we come across a wide variety & will pass on great savings on what comes through.
  • While we are a small team, we will try to respond to your questions quickly when we're in M-F 10-4:00PM MST.
  • If you don't receive communication from us, please check your junk mail folder as our messages may end up there. We always respond, so if you don't receive a message from us (shipment notification/tracking, etc), send us a message that you aren't getting our messages or call us .
  • We are unavailable on Saturdays & Sundays. Keep in mind that weekend communication & shipments will take place Monday.
  • We strive to be a 5-star seller in all categories. Anything less & we'd appreciate good communication & feedback on your part to allow us to improve & make it right! We hope our service will exceed your expectations!

PAYMENTS

  • Paypal Accepted
  • Paypal E-checks w/in the US are accepted but won't ship until after the E-check clears. While the funds may be taken from your account within a day or two, E-checks don't often clear to us for 3-5 business days.
  • Other cc arrangements can be made with prior approval
  • Utah Residents pay Sales Tax
  • REQUIRED: Immediate payment is required upon Buy-it-Now purchase and payment is required within 1 day from your purchase on auctions or accepted offers (from the time you're declared the winner/buyer). We reserve the right to resell the item to a different buyer if payment isn't made within these time frames. If you pay late & we have resold the item, we will refund your payment & you agree to mutually cancel the transaction.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Shipping/Handling is calculated through Ebay in the listing (you may need to enter your postal code to verify rates).
  • SAME DAY SHIPPING processing for confirmed orders paid M-F before 12:00 PM MST. Payments received after then will still be sent same day if possible (we'll make every effort), but no later than the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to modify if calculated incorrectly due to a weight/measurement error.
  • Note that shipment costs & delivery times to Hawaii & Alaska are higher/longer based on location. By bidding you accept to these higher rates and potentially longer delivery times.
  • UPS rates are calculated through eBay based on the weight/dimensions of the item purchased & the distance from us to you. If you find a similar item can be shipped for less from elsewhere, chances are they are located closer to you. If you are unhappy with the shipping rates or feel there is an error with the shipping calculator, let us know before purchasing or making a bid and we will look into other shipping options if they are available. Your purchase is acknowledgement that shipping amounts are 5-star service worthy as rates determined are outside of our control.
  • We generally process items the same day paid (when paid by 12:00PM MST on a business day M-F & later when possible). The time until you receive your item is thus based on what service you pay for rather than how fast we ship (time of delivery to you is fully within your control based on what service you choose). If you need an item quickly, please pay for a faster shipping method (ie pick UPS 2nd Day over UPS Ground or USPS Priority Express over USPS Priority). If the option for a faster service isn't shown, please contact us to work out a faster service.
  • If an item is damaged, please refuse the shipment for expedited claim processing. If you don't notice a damaged item until opened or weren't able to refuse the shipment, please keep all packing materials and contact us directly in order to process claims quickly. If you do not keep the packing material, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return. If you return the item before a shipping company pickup or inspection, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Please verify if this listing qualifies for international shipment as not all do. If you're not sure, ask and we'll let you know.
  • Free shipping if offered on US shipments is not extended to international shipments
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).
  • We have no control over how long an item stays in customs. If you need an item faster, please pay for a guaranteed faster shipping method (& even then realize that customs delays are still possible & beyond our control).
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts (US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior).

RETURNS

  • RETURNS allowed on defective items or items received that are not as advertised (not including as-is items) if returned within 30 days from the purchase date for exchange if available or full refund of the purchase price if not.
  • Refunds will not be given if the item is not returned and received (in the same condition it was sent) within 30 days after the Ebay purchase date.
  • Returns of items after 30 days or items as described not accepted (or 25%+ restock fee).
