Although we have made every effort to ensure this unit will be compatible with the listed vehicles, please check the year, dimensions and shape of the center console of your vehicles before purchasing. 

Important Notes on Compatibility:
1. Please ensure your car's central console is trapezoidal central console with trim strip above before purchasing, or this unit can NOT fit with your car.
If it is trapezoidal center console without trim strip above, please refer to XTRONS IAP92M209S. 
2. Please check your vehicle's center console to see whether there is a Screen above the center console. If there is, please buy the XTRONS QLM2240M12EL or QLM2240M12ER.
3. Please note your CD changer will NOT work after installing this unit 
4. Please note this unit does NOT support your vehicles' air conditioning information.  
5. Please note your original motorised compartment will NOT work after installing this unit. 
6. If your vehicle has a 40-pin connector, verify the pin aligment before istallation. If they don't match, please contact customer service. 
Cables You May Need:
1. Please be advised if your vehicle (E-Class 2003-2008) has COMAND APS NTG 1 system, you need to order an extra decoder box from XTRONS to retain your car's original COMAND system. (XTRONS FOBB01 is compatible) 
2. Please be advised if your vehicle (E-Class 2008-2009) has COMAND APS NTG 2 & 2.5 system, you need to order an extra decoder box from XTRONS to retain your car's original COMAND system. (XTRONS FOBB03 is compatible.)  
3. Please check your vehicle's power port and radio port. you may need to order a power cable, an optical decoder, a radio antenna to aid for the installation. (XTRONS AK/PSP90M211/PWRC, FOBB01 and RANT01 are compatible.)

Shipping
We ship international orders by UPS or DHL directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.

We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.

For addresses listed in: http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp, there will be an extra US$35.00 remote area fee applied.

Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.

If you need pre-arrival SMS from DHL for delivery, please make sure you provide the correct cell phone number.

Import Tax
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Warranty and Return Policy
1. Standard 14 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 14 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.

2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 14 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
