La disposition biconique améliorée et révisée, avec un meilleur aérodynamisme, permet d'augmenter le débit du mélange. La réduction de la course des membranes signifie qu'elles ne parcourent que la moitié de la distance, ce qui augmente les chances d'une ouverture complète et assure une meilleure étanchéité, tout en réduisant les temps d'ouverture et de fermeture des membranes sans réduire le débit d'air ou de carburant. The MOTOTASSINARI brand is the main manufacturer of valves of this type, with the flagship V Force model.
The upgraded and revised twin cone arrangement with improved aerodynamics allows for increased mixture flow. The reduced stroke of the diaphragms means that they only travel half the distance which increases the chance of full opening and provides a better seal, as well as reducing diaphragm opening and closing times without reducing air or fuel flow. This design increases engine rpm to the maximum and improves throttle response.
