Tips for Smooth Operation: If you encounter any issues with the bolt while turning the outdoor knob, here are a couple of solutions: First, make sure the anti-mislock button is in the unlock position. Second, if necessary, remove the indoor knob and horizontally rotate the tailpiece of the outdoor knob by 180 degrees.
