While every effort is made to protect this item, the seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any melting or breakage of the individual pieces that occurs during shipping. The boxes leave the seller whole and unmelted, and the boxes are sealed (have never been opened for food safety, so cannot add additional internal packing material). The boxes are then placed in a sturdy cardboard box for shipping. Rough handling by the shipping companies (Japan Post then USPS), being left in the sun or a hot mailbox/delivery truck are out of the control of the seller. 

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place below 28°C/ 82°F.

As this is a consumable product, returns are generally not accepted. In the case of severe damage during shipping, please contact the seller with multiple photos of the damage in order to make an insured mail claim. You will also need to make a claim with the local postal company that delivered your package, as this cannot be done from abroad. 

Discounts for multiple orders from our shop (when items are located in the same country) and will combine shipping whenever possible. Please note (see below for additional information), bulky items or a combination of edible and non-food items might not allow for shipping discounts due to the rules of each shipping company.

Hint: add an item to your cart, and if additional items are added from our shop, any additional discounts will be applied when you REQUEST AN INVOICE (when you go to make your payment, there is a button on the right that says 'Request Total' on the right side of the listings)! If you are NOT logged into your MyEbay on a desktop (mobile app does not currently have this option), or if you are buying a single item that already has a discount, the 'Request Total' option will not be available.  

Buyer is responsible for any applicable charges for purchasing items internationally. The item will be labeled correctly on the customs form (not as gift), and a reasonable value will be put on the form as well.

Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container. 

All pieces leave the seller whole. Any pieces that are broken during shipping are not the responsibility of the seller. 

Currently Japan Post refuses air or surface parcel mail to certain destinations (please check these restrictions at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html). Please be aware that this could increase shipping time dramatically, and the seller is not responsible for these restrictions nor delays in the arrival of any package.
