EC3822 Driver Technical Parameters:

EC3822 is a 3-phase stepper motor driver based on DSP control.

It is a new generation of digital stepper motor driver that combines advanced DSP control chip and three-phase inverter drive module.

Generation of digital stepper motor driver.

The driver adopts the circuit similar to servo control principle, which can make the motor run very smoothly, almost no vibration and noise,

and the motor torque is higher than that of two-phase stepper motor when the same voltage and current are applied.

At the same voltage and current, the motor torque is higher than two-phase and five-phase hybrid stepper motors.

Cautions

1, the input voltage is lower than AC80V higher than AC240V, the driver will be automatically protected;

2、Input control signal level of 5V-24V can be driven;

3, the falling edge of the input pulse signal is valid;

4, the drive temperature exceeds 80 degrees drive stop working, fault indicator ALM light, until the drive temperature drops to 50 degrees, the drive needs to be re-powered

The drive needs to be re-powered to resume work. Overheating protection, please install a heat sink;

5、Over-current（load short circuit）fault indicator ALM is on, please check the motor wiring and other short-circuit faults, after eliminating the need to re-power to restore;

6, no motor fault indicator ALM light, please check the motor wiring, exclude the need to re-power to restore.

Failure phenomenon cases(except power lamp POW lamp)

1, IPM module overcurrent: single red light (ALM light) is always on

2, drive overheating: red light (ALM lamp) and two green lights (PU lamp and DR lamp) alternately lit

3, drive undervoltage: red light (ALM light) and DR light is lit

4, drive over-voltage: red light (ALM light) fast flash
