Engine Cylinder Head #2 from a 1928 Cadillac Lasalle Flathead V8 engine.  The engine it was removed from had block casting numbers 327275 also #s 870759C, 10-17, 3-27679.  Do not know condition beyond that- recommend cleaning & inspection before use, came from an estate collection of parts.
