These are Brand New Pokemon League Books left over from Pokemon Organised Play sessions in 1999, the 1st year of the League in conjunction with Wizards of the Coast (WOTC). TCG Players came together in sanctioned locations to play the Trading Card Game against each other and these 20 page books were where they kept score and earned badges and stickers etc. Charizard and lots of other 1st generation Pokemon are on the front cover. I have a few still in brand new condition, left over from a store that ran League TCG Sessions. A rare find these days, especially unused in such good condition. You'll get 1 book only.
