Original American State map from Mitchell's Atlas 1865 Utah Nevada Dated 1865

Civil war issue 1865, A beautiful and colorful map from the Mitchell New General Atlas, published in 1865, original map was originally entered in to Congress in 1865. This map has nice original coloring and is set within a separately engraved ornate floral border. Would look great framed!

Condition:

Overall, very good. Just some minor staining + toning + minor tiny wear around the outside edge of the map (exactly as pictured).
