Condition is brand new, factory sealed; however there are tears in the factory wrap. There is foxing on the pages. A corner of the guidebook has damage. Please see pictures.

DVDs with digital codes are not guaranteed to work. There are many older DVDs, even factory sealed, with expired digital download codes.
