This is a great quilt for a beginner. It is based on an antique quilt. The only things you need to make this are half-square triangles and strip-cutting and sewing (both explained in the directions). Sashing and vertical strips divide the blocks, and a plain border finishes it. The only way this could be easier is if your grandma made it for you!
