If this is an auction listing there is no "Buy it Now" price--please don't ask.  We don't end auctions early.  If this is a "Buy It Now" listing we do not participate in the "Make An Offer" program--no haggling. Prices are our best price.  Just takes too much time with so many listings.

If you're paying less than $2 for shipping it's usually coming in an Ebay standard envelope and these are taking about 10 days or more to arrive, though ebay advertises 6 days.  They're often not tracked by the PO until delivery.  Please be patient for your small paper items.
