OVERVIEW

The Arroyo Grand Sport A/S is a high performance all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. Arroyo offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with 15,16,17" rim diameter sizes, and a 40,000 miles treadwear warranty with 18,19,20,22,24" rim diameter sizes of this model.

The tire provides great all weather traction. The all season compound and the tread pattern firmly grip the dry, wet and winter weather road surfaces with the wide tread grooves and fine siping detail. The tread's four wide circumferential grooves effectively prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. This ensures superb year round driving safety as the tire is capable of firmly gripping the road surface in all conditions.

The model also guarantees excellent controllability. The tread design's closed slanted grooves improve the traction and ensure an upgraded stability. During the drive, the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The tread design's maintained road contact boosts the steering responsiveness as well. It makes the tire's response to the driver's instructions quick and precise. The tread's outer shoulder belts improve the tire's road contact area. This manages to shorten the braking distance significantly, promoting a more secure drive.

The tread's outer shoulder anti eccentric wear belts manage to lengthen the tread life. They distribute the driving pressure evenly across the tread area. The evenly spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking actively prevents irregular wear formations from forming on the tire's surface. The longer lasting even wear extends the tire's usability and tread life, making the model more cost efficient.

The Grand Sport A/S ensures a quiet driving experience. The tread features a silent pitch sequence and closed slanted tread grooves. The pitch sequence creates a sound frequency that negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. The slanted grooves prevent the soundwaves from travelling through the footprint, lowering the tread noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The result is a quiet and comfortable drive year round.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
