OVERVIEW

The Milestar Patagonia H/T is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. This model has some touring, passenger car sizes too. Milestar offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

All weather traction is guaranteed with the tread design and the compound. Their combination significantly upgrades the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. The stabilized block placement and the high-density siping pattern upgrade the number of biting edges, ensuring a safer year round performance. The reinforced compound enables the tire to maintain the rubber flexibility, upgrading the summer and winter weather performance. The tread's zigzag and straight circumferential grooves and the shoulder sipes disperse water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions. This results in a secure hydroplaning resistance.

The heavy-duty controllability is also improved. The stabilized center ribbed block pattern and the wider footprint ensure the tire's surface contact at all times. This promotes a steering response time and accuracy to the driver's instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The shoulder pattern also increases the cornering and maneuvering ability, while the siping placement helps to shorten the braking distance. The reinforced structure keeps the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to significantly improve the overall load capacity.

The Patagonia H/T enhances the length of its usability. The tire combines the durable compound, the stabilized tread elements, and the stone ejecting platforms ensure a slow and even wear, while also protecting the tire from damage. The wear-resistant compound elements decrease the treadwear rate, avoiding premature wear formations. The stabilized tread design enables the tire to evenly circulate the driving pressure across the tread area, resisting irregular wear formations. The stone ejecting platforms prevent stone retention from harming the casing. The combination of these tread elements boost the longer lasting tread life.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
