OVERVIEW

The Atlander AX-99 is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

This model is capable of providing the necessary traction in order to conquer versatile weather conditions. It features an asymmetric ribbed tread design, which was molded from a durable all season compound in order to boost the dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. This combination enables the tire to greatly enhance the year round performance. On the other hand, the circumferential grooves and ideal notch placement channel water and slush from the footprint, ensuring surface contact and combating hydroplaning.

The ribbed tread design's constant contact with the road surface helps the tire to improve its controllability. In this manner, the tire is able to upgrade the steering responsiveness and driving stability. This results in a quick and precise steering response, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The ideal surface contact, the heat-resistant compound and the stronger construction work together to greatly improve the high speed performing power. They ease the pressure off the tire and keep the ideal tire shape under pressure, enhancing the high speed durability significantly.

The AX-99 improves its maneuvering as well. The stronger shoulder elements and the overall tread design manage to increase the cornering and braking capabilities. This allows the tire to firmly grip the road during cornering with the use of extra biting edges. The footprint also generates friction during braking, reducing the braking distance. This combination further guarantees the driver's better control over the vehicle throughout its performance.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
