Delivery:

Uber Mountain are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to customers unavailable to take delivery therefore, all customers are required to collect undelivered item(s) from their local Royal Mail Delivery Office (not Post Office), should they miss a delivery attempt. If a 'Something for You' card was left by Royal Mail, you can simply contact them via the Royal Mail website and arrange a FREE re-delivery.

Missing Deliveries:
Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If your item(s) haven't arrived, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing.

We also recommend that you contact your local Royal Mail Collection Office in case they tried to deliver whilst you were out, and have taken your order back for you to call and collect or arrange re-delivery.
