Main purpose: In order to avoid the surge current generated by electronic circuits at the moment of startup, a power NTC thermistor is connected in series in the power circuit. It can effectively suppress the surge current during startup. After the suppression of the surge current is completed, the resistance value of the power NTC thermistor drops to a very low level due to the continuous effect of its current, and its power consumption can be ignored without affecting the normal function of the current. Therefore, using a power NTC thermistor transistor in the middle of the power circuit is a simple and effective measure to suppress overvoltage during startup and ensure that electronic devices are not damaged.
