This light is a "B" Grade quality part. "B" Grade lights are your typical used light. These are still nice but have some minor imperfection(s) that makes them less than "like new" or "very nice" condition. This light will come with the mounting panel if it is an integral part of the assembly. Usually the bulb is left with the light but is not guaranteed to be. There will be no major imperfections, such as a broke mount, cracks in lens or fading. This is still a very nice light for your car or truck. Please see description for position of light.
