There is slight fading due to sun exposure on the spine due to being on the shelf, and there is very minor wear at the corners of the book, (ALL PICTURED) but otherwise it has never been read and it looks great. This item is NOT officially graded. However, this is our best estimate of its condition.

Shipped straight from Famous Faces and Funnies, Melbourne, FL's favorite and most trusted comic and collectible shop.  We ship our comics via USPS Priority Mail in a Priority Flat Rate envelope and pack the comics between a few layers of cardboard in order to protect them during shipping.  We ship our toys through UPS in boxes with plenty of packing paper to prevent any damage during shipping.
