5, Please contact us upon receipt with any issues or concerns. We will accept a return of this product as long as it is returned in thr brand new condition as sent with the tag attached. Once the tag is removed or written on, the option to return is void. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund will be issued for the purchase price of the produc and will be issued once the produxct id received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
