Steinway Upright Piano Damper Lever. Used on older Steinway Upright Pianos and some newer ones to dampen the note on release of the key. Attaches to the back side of the double flanges utilized by most of the hammers on the piano. Set screw on the bottom of the lever adjust the timing of the lift off the strings during the key stroke. Good condition.
