Note to Potential Buyers: SEE Photo #4 (from the CD booklet), Hi Hat recordings are NOT audiophile recordings! They are for completists and collectors who are searching for ALL releases by their favorite artists. As like many othe Hi Hats, this is an aircheck from a live FM broadcast. 

  With somewhat limited exposure to the releases, the recording quality can vary from the fairly atrocious Tony Williams/Allan Holdsworth Cd to this Paul Bley release. This particular disc has piano & drums up front and (ironically), the bass is under-recorded though piano & drums come through the mix.
