You get six brand new ghost detectors, I took one out of the package and put a battery in it so I could show you how it works. It does come with instructions. Plus there’s an infrared thermometer, which was used I believe two or three times. But still in new condition and in the original box. This is a nice little starter assembly to get you going in the ghost hunting investigation field. This will make a nice addition to your current equipment that you have or for that special someone
