OUR POLICY

• All items are sold / shipped / delivered as it is showing in the product photos  
• Payment  must be received within 7 days. If payment isn't received within 7 days, The transaction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Buyer alert will be filed.
• Address: We will ship the item to the address provided at the time of payment. Please double-check your eBay Shipping address before making payment. If you need to change the address, please contact us through eBay messages as soon as you complete payment.
• Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days from India (may be delayed due to customs or changes in international shipment policy).
• Buyer responsible for paying any customs clearance or import duties, VAT & other applicable fees by ebay / Authorities. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

• Orders dispatched within 48 Hours / 2 working day and Freight Heavy Weight items 3 working days after payment confirmation. Worldwide shipping through DHL, FedEx, UPS Fast Delivery Service on DAP basis.
• Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you would like to return an item, please contact us through eBay messages for instructions.
• All items are sold as it is showing in the uploaded photos. Buyer must return the item exactly as received within 10 days at their own return shipping cost.
• Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Free Return Shipping: The Seller is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Buyer pays for return cost if purchase wrong item, does not like item. (No error from Seller Side)
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. If the item is not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.

• Resolution: If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it in a timely and satisfactory manner. This may include offering a replacement or refund.
