Many of the photos in my store were taken using a scanner with a penny sleeve on. Any scratches you see are more than likely on the penny sleeve. ALSO the card pictured is the card you will receive. I am using a new tool to help me list cards and sometimes the AI gets the parallel wrong. I have done my best to correct them when I see them but some still slip through the cracks.
