This rare Hawkeye vintage game ball was used back during the days when college teams used NFL game balls with white stripes painted on both ends. This particular ball comes with the “Iowa” team name branded on the leather panel; likely the first Iowa game ball model to so. The bladder still holds air just fine and the lacing is white suede and still in very good shape. A very cool display piece for any Iowa sports fan or office collection.
