Pulled Czochralski are the most realistic lab created stones available, grown over time from small crystals in the same conditions as natural sapphire. These stones match the physical structure of a natural sapphire and not just the chemical compound.

Most lab created stones are made with flame fusion, a fast and cheap way of creating a synthetic stone. Flame fusion forms the stone in a different way than it would be formed naturally and looks different under a microscope to the real thing.
